Tunica
Intima
Endothelial
cells lining the lumen of the vessel under a thin layer of connective
tissue. Being very thin, we observe the Internal Elastic Lamina
(separating Tunica Intima of the Tunica Media) and External Elastic
Lamina (separating the Tunica Media of the Tunica Adventitia),
both laminas are made of elastic fibers.
